Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges for change of mind.
For any faulty or defective product, or an incorrect item received, a refund will be issued or a remedy found.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective or damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it. You have 7 days from receiving the goods to notify us of any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.
Return costs will be the responsibility of Cadeau Belle in the case of defective, damaged and incorrect items received.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
